As far as I understand, when we or Natalia purchase a knife from you, we won't have to pay Mehrwertsteuer (VAT) because the goods are being shipped outside of the EU. If this is true, may we see the price list for the knives or you are not interested in direct retail at this time and Natalia will handle the sales here?

Jed Meyers, I've bought some items from UK, there VAT is present, but price for "out of UK" was calculated without VAT. I think the same situation in Germany. In any case I'm not sure will we be able buy these knives with MSRP Euro price, or a little bit cheaper?

I know that we you ship goods outside of the UK you don't pay VAT, I just wanted to make sure it works the same way for Germany.

As for the prices, for example I am planning to buy the North Star and the one with Maroon Micarta handles that I like costs $170 in US and I will pay around $45 for the Express shipping to Ukraine, so the total for the knife would be $215.
So if the same knife in Ukraine would cost more than $240 it will not be financially reasonable for me to buy the knife here.

I understand that if you import a lot of knives to Ukraine you have to pay import taxes and ukrainian VAT and after all this the price would be much higher. It's unfortunate but that's the reality and in the end those taxes a being payed by the buyer. So if I have a choice as a buyer whether to pay those taxes or not, I will chose not to.
