Новинки от Viper by Tecnocut.
Немного отступлю от правил.
На самом деле, нет этой компании, как и многих других итальянских брендов, среди участников виртуальной выставки.
Причина ясна: тяжело им было планировать участие на январских мероприятиях, а что это будет возможно в формате он-лайн тогда еще никто не знал.
Но, как-то странно рассказывая о ножах в начале года, не написать о Viper by Tecnocut
У меня к ним особенно тёплые чувства.
Мне нравится и их коллектив и дизайнеры, с которыми они работают и подход к работе.
Когда люди любят своё дело - это чувствуешь, согласитесь.
Взять, к примеру, Tommaso Rumici, который создаёт дизайн ножей уже более 15 лет.
Искренне рекомендую вам найти время, зайти на его страничку и узнать как же "родилась" новинка ( а точнее возрожденная модель, выпускающаяся в 2006 году ) под названием Fearless : https://www.tommasorumici.com/portfolio-item/fearless/
"The first Fearless version made in 2006
Now, by popular demand, we decided to re-make Fearless model.
In the past, this knife model was used in the military discipline, while now it is considered an outdoor tool.
296 mm long with 152 mm blade, hollow grinding.
Blade is Sleipner steel 6mm thickness, just one sharpened edge.
Finishing is Satin, Stone washed and DLC coated with burlap juta canvas and carbon fiber handle.
The guard is ideal for protecting the hand and pressing with the fingers, index and thumb.
An important detail is that the thickness of the handle, close to the guard, is reduced.
The scales go under this step and this prevents that dirty going under the scales or rising up during work.
Also, in the tang there are 3 holes that reduce the weight and have a good balance of the knife.
At the end of the handle, there is a triangular-glass breaker with the lanyard hole. Fearless comes with Kydex sheath."

TURN is a folding knife designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli, with advanced lock-back system, which blends tradition, practicality and modern construction technologies.
The blade is Böhler M390 steel with high bevels and a bold counter-bevel. The finish is satin and the opening is made by a double thumbstud.
Bolsters and Liners are in Titanium single piece. This feature is very important because it makes the knife solid during use thanks also to an ergonomic handle.
Turn is one of the few back lock folding that uses ball bearings, ensuring a smooth and fluid rotation of the blade.
The scales are available in fine woods and real ram horn or, as in alternative, other versions typical of modern sporting knives such as Carbon fiber, Canvas micarta and G10. The former are equipped with a leather sheath that respects the classic setting, while the latter have a practical titanium clip.
